Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders typically ship within 10 days of your purchase. Orders containing handmade or made to order items may take 1-3 weeks to ship, please check each product description for more information.

*Pre-orders will ship on/around the estimated date indicated on the product listing.


Q: Can I add to a pre-existing order?

A: We aren't able to add to a pre-existing order, but you can place an additional  order and we may be able to condense your shipments into one, depening on the items. Please email us before placing your second order.

Q: If an item is sold out will it come back in stock?

A: Some items may be temporarily sold out and other items may be done in limited or one time runs and will not be restocked after selling out. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified about restocks and to stay up to date on new releases.

Q: What if I can't find an item I'm looking for?

A: If you can't find it in the search bar, email us! We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have so feel free to send us a message.


Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Returns & Exchanges are circumstantial as most of our items are handmade or Made-To-Order. All sales are final unless you've received something that is damaged/defective or the wrong item. We do not offer returns or exchanges on Made-To-Order items such as: Shoes & Apparel. If your item is defective upon arrival, please email us photos and details. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit/digital gift card.

Q: What do I earn "Kills" for?

A: Click the Join The Cult tab on our website to see the rewards you can earn. 

 *Do not use multiple emails to create more than one account to gain extra "Kills" if we notice you doing this, we will revoke all "Kills" associated with both accounts and your order may get canceled.  

Q: I made a purchase but didn't receive Kills what do I do?

A: Email us if you have any kind of issue with your Kills.
