Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will ship within a few days but can take up to a week before shipping, certain hand painted/custom items may take 1-2 weeks to ship please check each product description for more info. If it is a pre-order it will ship on/around the estimated date on the product page, if there is a delay you will be notified.
If you need an order by a certain date please put it in the notes of your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Can I add to a pre-existing order?
A: Not exactly. We aren't able to add to a pre-existing order, but you can place another order and we can refund the extra shipping charge.
Q: If an item is sold out will it come back in stock?
A: Some items will temporarily be sold out and will be restocked regularly, other items may be done in limited or one time runs and will not be restocked after selling out.

Q: What can I get with my Kills?
A: There will always be discounts you can receive for redeeming your kills, as well as periodically we will have exclusive items you can only get through using your Kills.
Q: I made a purchase but didn't recevie Kills what do I do?
A: Email us, if you have any kind of issue with your Kills or feel like your Kill Count is not correct we'll be happy to take a look.
