OUTDOOR LOCATION
VENDOR SETUP
- Vendors may arrive for setup as early as 10AM.
- When you arrive, check in with Ryan (Little Shop of Gore) to be assigned a space.
- The event begins at 12pm, please be ready and setup before guests arrive.
VENDOR SPACES

All spaces accommodate a 6x6' setup.
- You may setup your space however you’d like, just be mindful of your vending neighbors.
- Please provide your own table, canopy & chairs
- No canopies over 6ft.
PARKING
- Vendors may park in the back parking lot/BFTP Employee parking lot.
- If the lot is full, you can find plenty of free street parking nearby. (Do not park at the DIY Center or Pinocchio’s, they may tow.)
ADDITIONAL INFO
- Restrooms on-site.
- Food trucks on-site.
- Restaurants & cafes are located nearby.
- This is an outdoor event with no power outlets & no WIFI.
- Alcohol is NOT permitted on-site.
- We ask that all vendors stay setup until the event ends and leave your space clean and free of all trash.
- This event is non-refundable & non-transferable. Vendor spaces are final sale.
- In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled for the following Sunday. Check our Instagram for updates.
- If you are a no-show, come unprepared, arrive with a canopy larger than 6ft, and/or do not clean up after yourself, you will not be invited to vend again.
EVENT TIPS:
- Kids & Pets love treats! You're welcome to distribute goodies such as Candy and Dog Treats, just make sure the parents are OK with it!
- Cash is king! Don't forgot to bring change for your customers. If you are getting change on the day, Bank of America & CHASE are located nearby the event.
- Before accepting bills $20+, be sure to check that they are not counterfeit.
RETURNING VENDORS:
- Returning vendors are not guaranteed to vend all of our events. Please don’t take offense to this as we want to give others who are waiting, an opportunity to vend with us. You will be included in our rotation for future events and notified once a space becomes available for you.
